Return & Refund Policy

At Ateliers ÉLEVÉ, every box and every atelier item is crafted with care, intention, and sensory detail. Our goal is for you to feel delighted with each ritual you receive. If something is not right, we are here to help within the parameters of this Return & Refund Policy.

Please review the guidelines below before requesting a return or refund.


1. GENERAL POLICY

We accept returns only for eligible items and only under specific conditions, depending on the product category.

Because many of our items are handcrafted, consumable, or tied to monthly subscriptions, not all products qualify for returns or refunds.

2. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

For safety, hygiene, and quality protection, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Subscription Boxes (monthly or introductory)

Once a subscription box is processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded.

• Tea blends

Consumable food items cannot be returned.

• Candles (used or lit)

Opened or burned candles are not eligible.

• Perfumes & Pillow Mists (opened or used)

Due to cosmetic regulations.

• Skincare items (balms, oils, scrubs, mists, masks)

These are final sale for hygiene reasons.

• Digital products

Journals, meditations, and digital guides are non-refundable.

• Sale items

All sale items are final sale unless damaged on arrival.


3. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (Under Specific Conditions)

We may accept returns or offer replacements/refunds for:

A. Items damaged during shipping

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Packaging photos (if available)

We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

B. Incorrect item received

If you receive the wrong product, we will correct it immediately.


4. SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)

Because Ateliers ÉLEVÉ is a curated subscription ritual, we operate under the following rules:

• Renewals are non-refundable once processed.

You may cancel at any time, but cancellations apply to future boxes only.

• Boxes already shipped or prepared for shipping cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to update billing information before renewal.

We will always send you your monthly ritual as long as the renewal succeeds.


5. RETURNS PROCESS (IF ELIGIBLE)

If your item qualifies for a return, we will provide:

  1. A return authorization

  2. Instructions for return

  3. A return label (when applicable)

Items must be returned:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Within 7 days of approval

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing

  • Additional time depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank
