Shipping Information

At Ateliers ÉLEVÉ, every order is prepared with intention and care. Below you will find all details regarding shipping timelines, processing, tracking, and what to expect with both subscription boxes and individual atelier items.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Subscription Boxes

  • Monthly boxes ship between the 1st–7th of each month.

  • The Introductory Box ships 3–5 business days after purchase.

Atelier Items (Perfumes, Teas, Candles, Skincare, Journals)

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days

  • During holidays or product launches, processing may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another one once it ships.


2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship from the United States.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (updated ETA)

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on weight and destination.

International Shipping

Ateliers ÉLEVÉ currently ships to select international locations.
Delivery times vary, typically 7–20 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees

These are not included in your Ateliers ÉLEVÉ purchase.


3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • A link to follow your package in real time

4. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked delivered but missing, we will help you navigate the situation. Please note:

Lost or stuck in transit

Contact us within 7 days, and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Marked delivered but not received

  1. Check with neighbors or front desk

  2. Confirm the shipping address

  3. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

  4. Contact us for support

Ateliers ÉLEVÉ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


5. DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage and packaging

  • Provide your order number

We will replace or resolve the issue promptly.

6. SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING

  • Subscription boxes ship automatically each month after renewal.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are charged during the renewal process.

  • Updating your shipping address must be done before your next renewal date.

  • Boxes already shipped cannot be rerouted or refunded.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an order is placed with an incorrect address:

  • Returned packages can be resent (reshipping fees apply).

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are non-refundable.
