Subscription Policy

Ateliers ÉLEVÉ offers a monthly subscription service curated to guide you through sensory rituals inspired by fragrance, tea, candlelight, and reflective practices. This Subscription Policy explains how our subscription program works, including billing, renewals, cancellations, and delivery timelines.

By subscribing to our monthly ritual box, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. OVERVIEW OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

By purchasing a subscription, you will receive:

  • One curated Ateliers ÉLEVÉ ritual box every month

  • A seasonal theme aligned with emotional intention

  • A selection of fragrance, tea, candlelight, and journal elements

  • Poetic inserts and sensory storytelling

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.


2. BILLING & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Monthly Charges

Your subscription will renew and be billed automatically on the same date each month based on the date of your initial purchase.

Payment Method

You authorize Ateliers ÉLEVÉ to charge the payment method you provide at checkout for all recurring subscription charges.

If the payment fails:

  • We will retry the charge

  • If still unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused until payment is updated

Price Changes

If subscription pricing changes, we will notify you in advance so you may cancel before renewal if desired.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Monthly Box Delivery

  • Subscription boxes ship within 5–7 business days after your renewal date.

  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

Address Changes

You must update your shipping address before your monthly renewal date.
Address changes made after renewal may not apply until the following month.

Ateliers ÉLEVÉ is not responsible for boxes delivered to an outdated address provided by the customer.


4. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Important Notes

  • Cancellations must be made before the next renewal to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

  • Boxes that have already been processed, prepared, or shipped cannot be refunded.

  • After cancellation, you will continue to receive any boxes already paid for prior to the cancellation.

We do not accept cancellation requests via email or social media—only through your customer portal.


5. SKIPPING A MONTH

If enabled on your customer portal:

  • You may skip a month before your renewal date.

  • Skips made after renewal will apply to the next cycle.


6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Subscription boxes are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the curated, seasonal, and limited-edition nature of the items.

However, we will always replace items that:

  • Arrive damaged

  • Are missing

  • Are defective
